SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information All orders include tracking numbers, which will be sent to your email address once your order ships. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

International Shipping "We do not currently offer international shipping."

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at queenglam44@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that all orders must include tracking information to file a claim for lost packages.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
